Assignment preparation is blocked

QA Zero and QA Interruption must target only the two designated adults. The normal teacher workflow currently assigns to the whole class, and the server explicitly refuses selected-student assignments. No class-wide workaround has been created.

Two fresh, unassigned reading setup records were created through the teacher workflow with Test Mode on, randomization off and Not judged selected. These are not student assignments.

Sign-in return and physical iPad/Mac checks remain unverified. No student attempt has been opened or submitted.
